In the Magix Service Module, when you are creating a Repair Order/Appointment for a Vehicle that Magix has no prior knowledge of Magix will seamlessly access via Motorweb, ‘Basic Vehicle Information'.

·         Vin#

·         Chassis#

·         CC Rating

·         Fuel Type

·         First Registration Date

·         WOF Expiry Date

·         Registration Expiry Date

75c+GST applies for each Vehicle ‘BVI', ACS will bill you directly for this.


Recovery

It is possible to ‘recover' the cost of this by automatically adding a $1 to Repair Order and hiding this charge in the Labour Content of the invoice. To activate this please contact support@magix.co.nz.
